All products in our store are made to order with care. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times (after production):
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping Costs HIS First Designs offers free shipping on all products. If shipping is charged at checkout, please email hisfirstcustomerservice@hisfirstdesigns.com and bring the issue to our attention.
Delays Our goal is to fulfill your order as fast as possible; unfortunately, sometimes there are unforeseen conditions that lead to delays. If you are experiencing a longer delay that what is described above, please reach out to us at hisfirstcustomerservice@hisfirstdesigns.com. We typically have the option to refund your order or re-print your order depending on the situation.
Multiple Items Some orders may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment locations. Don't be alarmed if your items arrive at different times — they're all on their way!
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at hisfirstcustomerservice@hisfirstdesigns.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
