All products in our store are made to order with care. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times (after production):
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Multiple Items Some orders may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment locations. Don't be alarmed if your items arrive at different times — they're all on their way!
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at hisfirstcustomerservice@hisfirstdesigns.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
